Leadership Development Day

On April 14th, we had over 20 people attend our first annual Leadership Development Day at the Engineers Society of Western PA to learn about effective communication.

​Our October 2017 Fun Brewing Event

SWE Pittsburgh was brewing at Copper Kettle! 
​ 
We enjoyed learning about the beer making process, measuring ingredients, and creating our own special beer at Copper Kettle in November! This was a great event filled with networking, learning, and lots of laughter and friendship. This amazing group of ladies will regroup on December 7th to bottle their newly crafted beer.

​Welcome (Back) to SWE Social
​September 13, 2017

Our Welcome back to SWE event was a HUGE success!! 

It was a beautiful night on the North Shore when Pittsburgh SWE held the “Welcome (Back) Social” at the Jerome Bettis’ Grille 36 on Wednesday, September 13.  It was the best attended social event we’ve ever held, with 21 members and 1 prospective member attending.  We enjoyed sitting outside, greeting old friends, and meeting many new women.
 
As one attendee told us, “I had a great time last night and I met so many interesting women. I look forward to participating in more events in the future!”
